Colleen’s passion for radio, sound mixing, and acoustics traces back to the radio shows she recorded with her grandfather when she was 7, a time when she always walked around with her trusty GE 3-5010B tape recorder.

Colleen got bit by the radio bug at WOO91, a public service station of the College of Wooster, where she hosted two shows: Loungeroom Lizard and Oh Joy, Oh Rapture!

Upon returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, she created the Shame Piñata podcast to inspire others to create unique rites of passages for real life transitions.

When Russian invaded Ukraine, Colleen launched Daily Magic for Peace, a meditation podcast to support Ukraine.
